Twila has many years of experience in customer service in the financial industry. She began her insurance career with RIGL- Horsnell Ins in 2010, focusing on personal lines. When not busy making tasty treats for office birthdays, she likes to hone her photography skills whilst playing “I wonder what’s down this road” with her daughter, Lily, and husband, Quentin.

Shelly Mapplebeck

Shelly joined our team in 2019 and has since become a personal lines insurance broker. Shelly is eager and ready to assist clients with their insurance needs. When not at the office, Shelly enjoys time spent with her children & has a passion for animals.

Adele Rainforth
Commercial Lines Broker
Adele took an interest in Insurance after working as a receptionist in an insurance office. She decided to go after her insurance license and upon obtaining it moved into the broker role, with a few years’ experience in the industry Adele joined the RIGL team in 2022 as a personal lines account manager.
When not at the office, Adele would be found with her husband Josh and their two daughters on their farm or away enjoying one of their many outdoor hobbies, a favorite being auto racing/camping in their motorhome.

Jamie Blenus
Account Manager
Jamie joined our team in 2006 and started his insurance career as a personal lines customer service representative. Through the years, he has become an account manager well able to look after any clients needs whether personal lines, commercial lines or farm insurance. When not in the office, Jamie can normally be found at the soccer field with his kids and when he can’t be found, he’s fishing somewhere in the Valley.
