Patricia Alders

Personal Lines Manager

After working in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer and gym manager Patricia (Pat) decided to make a career change and began working for State Farm Insurance in Calgary, Alberta in 2008. After moving back to the Valley in 2011, she began working for RIGL in May of 2013 as a personal lines customer service representative. She still continues to work in the fitness industry as well, where her passion for fitness led her to competing in bodybuilding/figure competitions.

Twila Young CAIB

Personal Lines Broker

Twila has many years of experience in customer service in the financial industry. She began her insurance career with RIGL- Horsnell Ins in 2010, focusing on personal lines. When not busy making tasty treats for office birthdays, she likes to hone her photography skills whilst playing “I wonder what’s down this road” with her daughter, Lily, and husband, Quentin.

Shelly Mapplebeck

Personal Lines Broker

Shelly joined our team in 2019 and has since become a personal lines insurance broker.  Shelly is eager and ready to assist clients with their insurance needs.  When not at the office, Shelly enjoys time spent with her children & has a passion for animals.

Adele Rainforth

Commercial Lines Broker

Adele took an interest in Insurance after working as a receptionist in an insurance office.  She decided to go after her insurance license and upon obtaining it moved into the broker role,  with a few years’ experience in the industry Adele joined the RIGL team in 2022 as a personal lines account manager.  When not at the office, Adele would be found with her husband Josh and their two daughters on their farm or away enjoying one of their many outdoor hobbies, a favorite being auto racing/camping in their motorhome.
