Crystal Whitman-Weaver CAIB

Account Manager

Crystal Whitman-Weaver received her insurance license April of 2006 at which time she started at a brokerage until leaving for maternity leave in 2009. After taking 15 months off to spend time with her new son and family, she returned to work with RIGL Insurance. She completed her CAIB April 2012. Since working with RIGL she has worked in 3 of the offices, with the current one being at Balcom Insurance in Middleton. In the summer months when she is not working, she enjoys camping with family and friends. During the winter months you will find her on the ice, playing hockey at the local rink. She currently sits on the board for the Lawrencetown Youth Arena.

Julie Goucher

Julie began her insurance career with RIGL – Horsnell Insurance in 2017 after moving back to NS from Alberta. She has dedicated countless hours in furthering her knowledge of insurance to provide great customer service. When not at work, her passion and enjoyment in life is nature and her animals. Julie recently went on a kayaking trip with National Geographic for their article – Bay of Fundy Best Road Trip.
